煤氣和沼氣的氣體置換多采用氮氣，可是氮氣的氣體置換成本高而且置換速度也慢，因此有些廠家會選擇使用空氣置換，不但成本低而且置換速度還快，不過采用空氣置換需注意以下幾點：

（1）氣柜的放氣閥應(yīng)控制放氣速度，放氣速度太快，氣體易和鋼板摩擦發(fā)生火花，構(gòu)成嚴重后果。

（2）定期檢測出氣的含氧量，保證沼氣含量在允許范圍內(nèi)。

（3）選擇適當?shù)墓娘L機，主要考慮的是鼓風機里的風壓跟風量。風壓過低，氣柜較難上升，而風壓太高，氣柜上升又會太快；風量太小，氣柜上升慢。因此要根據(jù)氣柜的平衡壓力及容積確定鼓風機的型號。
(3) When selecting an appropriate blower, the main consideration is the air pressure and air volume inside the blower. If the wind pressure is too low, it is difficult for the gas holder to rise, while if the wind pressure is too high, the gas holder will rise too quickly; The air volume is too small, and the gas cabinet rises slowly. （4）氣柜氣體置換應(yīng)先開鐘罩周邊的閥門，先置換沼氣，再開鐘罩中間的閥門，置換中間氣體，這才能保障氣柜內(nèi)沒有死角位置。
(4) Gas replacement in the gas cabinet should first open the valves around the bell cover, replace the biogas, and then open the valves in the middle of the bell cover to replace the middle gas, in order to ensure that there are no dead corners in the gas cabinet.
