There are many ways to use biogas, such as direct use of combustion heating, cogeneration or purification as vehicle gas, household heating, chemical raw materials and other natural gas. Biogas prepared through purification can completely replace petrochemical natural gas. According to the existing technical level and economic feasibility, China can convert 120billion cubic meters of equivalent biological natural gas, which can significantly reduce China's dependence on Petrochemical Natural gas.
沼氣提純精制生物天然氣是沼氣提純凈化制備高品質(zhì)生物天然氣、大幅提升甲烷利用品質(zhì)的技術(shù)。目前沼氣脫碳的主要工藝包括有機(jī)胺吸收法、壓力水洗法、膜分離方法、變壓吸附法、物理吸收法、深冷分離法等。而本項(xiàng)目開發(fā)的沼氣加壓水洗技術(shù)集成了水洗脫碳過程中閃蒸技術(shù)的合理有效利用技術(shù)、吸收塔解吸塔內(nèi)部核心部件的開發(fā)、同步回收二氧化碳技術(shù)、沼氣工程的能量集成系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和自動(dòng)化控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)等多個(gè)方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)。本項(xiàng)目開發(fā)的沼氣加壓水洗技術(shù)結(jié)合撬裝設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)理念，可在各種處理規(guī)模的沼氣工程中加以應(yīng)用推廣。
