沼氣中含有約萬(wàn)分之一的硫化氫，隨沼氣燃燒后會(huì)生成二氧化碳。當(dāng)溫室中二氧化硫濃度達(dá)到極限時(shí)，一些對(duì)二氧化硫比較敏感的作物有番茄、茄子、菠菜、萵苣等則會(huì)使植株組織脫水、死亡。所以在溫室燃燒沼氣時(shí)要經(jīng)過(guò)脫硫處理。

沼氣脫硫是基于沼氣中的硫化氫，硫化氫是一種酸性氣體，無(wú)論是對(duì)人體還是對(duì)環(huán)境、設(shè)備、管道以及儀表等都會(huì)產(chǎn)生污染和腐蝕的影響。所以，無(wú)論是直接用于燃燒或沼氣發(fā)電，還是為了為延長(zhǎng)設(shè)備的使用壽命，在輸氣管路中必須安裝脫硫器，對(duì)沼氣進(jìn)行必要的脫硫、脫碳、脫水、除塵等處理。
Biogas desulfurization is based on hydrogen sulfide in biogas. Hydrogen sulfide is an acidic gas, which will cause pollution and corrosion to human body, environment, equipment, pipelines and instruments. Therefore, whether it is directly used for combustion or biogas power generation, or in order to prolong the service life of the equipment, a desulfurizer must be installed in the gas transmission pipeline to carry out necessary desulfurization, decarbonization, dehydration, dust removal and other treatment of biogas.
氣脫硫器是農(nóng)村戶用沼氣輸氣系統(tǒng)中不可缺少的一種儀器，沼氣脫硫器主要有以下4個(gè)作用。

（1）脫除沼氣中的硫化氫氣體

硫化氫對(duì)灶具及壓力表和管路具有腐蝕作用，以及燃燒不完全帶來(lái)的異味而造成污染環(huán)境，脫除沼氣中的硫化氫氣體可以避免以上問(wèn)題的出現(xiàn)。
Hydrogen sulfide corrodes the stove, pressure gauge and pipeline, and pollutes the environment due to the peculiar smell caused by incomplete combustion. Removing hydrogen sulfide gas from biogas can avoid the above problems.
（2）顯示壓強(qiáng)

有的沼氣脫硫器上面會(huì)附有一個(gè)壓力表，壓力表顯示的數(shù)字就是沼氣池中的壓強(qiáng)大小。

（3）開(kāi)、關(guān)氣體通道
