該法是Dow化學公司提出的用于脫除H2S的方法。NCA固體含80%NaOH和20%Ca(OH)2(均指質(zhì)量百分比)。該法在脫除H2S的同時，亦可除去氣體中可能存在的高含量低分子量硫醇。NCA固體法是非再生性的，因而與所脫除的H2S相比，其化學品耗量相當高。反應(yīng)后的固體周期性地用水從塔底沖洗出來。
This method is proposed by Dow Chemical Company to remove H2S. NCA solid contains 80% NaOH and 20% Ca (OH) 2 (both refer to mass percentage). This method can also remove high content and low molecular weight mercaptans in the gas while removing H2S. The NCA solid process is non regenerative, so its chemical consumption is quite high compared with the H2S removed. The solid after reaction is washed out periodically with water from the bottom of the tower.
4、氧化鋅法

氧化鋅法是用于氣體細化脫硫的方法之一，由于在天然氣脫硫設(shè)備中使用氧化鋅脫硫劑后一般不再利用即廢棄，因此此法只適于脫除少量硫，脫硫劑的用量應(yīng)保障量使用一年以上。當原料氣中含硫量高時，應(yīng)與濕法脫硫或其它干法脫硫配合使用。
Zinc oxide method is one of the methods used for refined desulfurization of gas.
