1儀器進水。沼氣中含有大量水分，假如沒經(jīng)過除水或除水效果不好，沼氣進入儀器時會帶入液態(tài)水，招致傳感器污染，儀器不能正常運用。2實驗室發(fā)酵沼氣產(chǎn)生量很少，一天普通只要300-500ml，但需求每天停止監(jiān)測，樣氣缺乏，招致儀器測試數(shù)值的不精確和不穩(wěn)定。3實驗者對消費的沼氣很有自信心，對測試樣氣數(shù)據(jù)有疑問，但現(xiàn)場無規(guī)范氣體停止考證。

1沼氣剖析儀裝備了預(yù)處置，針對水分較多的現(xiàn)場，倡議在預(yù)處置后參加一個除水過濾器，能有效地除去沼氣中的水分和污染物，保證儀器的傳感器不進水。2現(xiàn)場沼氣產(chǎn)量較少，招致測試值不精確，可經(jīng)過和客戶溝通，沼氣過水后，采集起來，直接抽取進入沼氣剖析儀測試，流量范圍在0.7-1.2L/MIN，抽取20s即可讀取數(shù)據(jù)。3在銷售過程中，好倡議客戶配置規(guī)范氣體，特別是CH4規(guī)范氣體，客戶對測試樣氣有疑問時，可測試規(guī)范氣體，以考證是儀器問題還是沼氣消費工藝問題。
